Thanks Dad

As I sat in my dead van yesterday wondering who could jump me, I realized I knew no one in my neighborhood. We have a good family support system and an incredible ward, but no one is immediately close. Looking around I knew that the couple of neighbors that we do know were already gone for the day and it made me realize that we need to reach out deeper into our neighborhood. For everyone's benefit. That is my goal for the new year. Deepen our friendship with the 3 neighbors that we know (pretty pathetic, huh?) and add more.

The good news is, dads are incredible. He jumped me 4 times yesterday. I really appreciate his willingness to drop whatever he was doing and run to my rescue over and over again. Thanks Dad. I love you.
